PROBLEMA DE TRANSPORTE EM PEQUENOS NEGÓCIOS: UMA PROPOSTA A PARTIR DO VOGEL'S APPROXIMATION METHOD

Resumo

Uma das dificuldades atuais do meio urbano é o problema de transporte, o qual resulta de espaços geográficos limitados e, em alguns casos, congestionamentos altamente complexos, em que vias urbanas e estradas são plenamente concorridas em termos de utilização. Essa limitação leva a um aumento dos custos com transporte. E, por esse motivo, soluções que permitam às empresas planejar e otimizar recursos, além de possibilitar um melhor posicionamento no mercado, são necessárias para a competitividade do mercado. No presente trabalho, diferentemente das soluções de problemas clássicos na literatura, a proposta apresentada pode ser adaptada a diferentes contextos e situações, permitindo uma configuração de acordo com o perfil da empresa. Além disso, como parte dessa proposta para resolução do problema de transporte, um algoritmo parametrizável elaborado no solver LINGO é exibido. As vantagens proeminentes dessa solução são técnicas e operacionais, as quais auxiliam o planejamento da otimização de recursos, de esforços e, à tomada de decisão em pequenos negócios. Esses argumentos são apontados por gestores da unidade de pesquisa, devido consumir menos tempo e, desembolso de investimentos, o que, de acordo com a opinião dos mesmos, se apresenta como uma solução mais eficiente em comparação com métodos numéricos e know-how.
