CERTIFICAÇÃO LEED: O INCREMENTO DA INOVAÇÃO NO AMBIENTE CONSTRUÍDO EM RELAÇÃO A SUSTENTABILIDADE

Resumo

As construções sustentáveis apresentam uma migração de tecnologia que visa reduzir o impacto das edificações sobre o ambiente construído, gerações futuras e seu entorno. Nesse sentido, as certificações ambientais podem ser utilizadas como instrumentos políticos ou de marketing no desenvolvimento social, econômico e do meio ambiente. Diante disso, o presente estudo descreve sobre a relação do sistema de certificação LEED no incremento de tecnologia em edifícios de alto desempenho, com foco no mercado brasileiro. A metodologia utilizada é de uma pesquisa descritiva. Como resultado, o estudo apresenta que as edificações certificadas apresentam um desempenho energético superior à de edificações convencionais. Além disso, relata que o fator de desempenho energético de uma edificação está intimamente ligado ao comportamento dos ocupantes. Conclui-se que as estratégias coorporativas para a construção sustentável no Brasil estão concentradas aos empreendimentos de alto padrão, pois o país ainda não entendeu o real valor da sustentabilidade, que não é apenas ambiental, tem que ser técnico e econômico. Marcos Lucas de Oliveira, Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina

Doutorando em Engenharia de Produção pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (em andamento), Mestre em Engenharia de Produção formado pela Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (2018), Engenheiro de Segurança do Trabalho formado pela Universidade Franciscana (2017), Engenheiro de Produção formado pela Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (2015), Técnico em Automação Industrial (2012) formado pela Universidade Federal de Santa Maria. Tem experiência na área de Engenharia de Produção, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Análise de Riscos, Perícia em Engenharia, Engenharia de segurança do trabalho, Desenvolvimento de Produto e Ergonomia. Na UFSC atua dentro do Grupo de Pesquisa Multidisciplinar de Ergonomia do Trabalho e Tecnologias Aplicadas - GMETTA.

Janis Elisa Ruppenthal, Universidade Federal de Santa Maria

Graduação em Engenharia Química pela Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (1990), Especialização em Engenharia de Segurança do Trabalho (1993), Mestrado em Engenharia de Produção (1995) e Doutorado em Engenharia de Produção pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (2001). Professora dos Cursos de Engenharia da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria desde 1996. Atua também no Programa de Pós-graduação em Engenharia de Produção da UFSM . Tem experiência na área de Engenharia de Produção, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: empreendedorismo de base tecnológica e inovação, sustentabilidade e engenharia de segurança do trabalho.
