Uma análise qualitativa a partir do método Delphi das práticas enxutas e fatores críticos para implementação do Lean Healthcare

Resumo

O lean healthcare (LH) ou serviços de saúde enxutos está emergindo como referência para gestão de serviços de saúde dado o aumento de eficiência que pode proporcionar. Contudo, o LH é muitas vezes mal interpretado e tem sua aplicação direcionada principalmente para práticas enxutas (PEs) sem considerar o contexto específico da organização de saúde. Dessa forma, a compreensão acerca dos fatores críticos (FCs) para implementação enxuta do LH merece maior atenção. Apesar da quantidade de estudos existente sobre PEs e FCs, evidências que tratam da compreensão entre o relacionamento de ambos são escassas na literatura. Assim, o presente trabalho tem por objetivo compreender os relacionamentos entre as PEs e os FCs para a implementação do LH. A partir de uma consolidação da literatura referente a PEs e FCs, foi possível identificar o nível de relacionamento entre ambos por meio do método Delphi. Esta identificação permitiu o estabelecimento de um direcionamento para adoção das PEs em serviços de saúde, uma vez que foi estabelecido um ranqueamento das práticas consideradas mais importantes para a implementação do LH a partir dos fatores críticos identificados. Além disso, contribui teoricamente para aumentar o corpo de conhecimento existente em LH, fornecendo um modelo teórico que aborda as PEs sob a perspectiva de outros aspectos da organização. As PEs consideradas mais importantes para a implementação do LH a partir dos fatores críticos identificados foram: kaizen, metodologia de solução de problemas, gestão visual, equipes multifuncionais e educação/treinamento.
