O IMPACTO DA INDÚSTRIA 4.0 NO MODELO DE NEGÓCIOS DE EMPRESAS DE AUTOMAÇÃO BRASILEIRAS

Resumo

A indústria atual passa por um período de mudança, no qual as tecnologias estão mais evidentes e integradas, considerado por muitos como a Quarta Revolução Industrial, a chamada Indústria 4.0. Essa nova era traz consigo inúmeros desafios para as empresas brasileiras, tanto para as que usam tecnologia de manufatura de produtos, quanto para as fornecedoras de serviços e equipamentos. A Indústria 4.0 vai além da automação tradicional, está ancorada em conceitos mais amplos como a integração vertical e horizontal dos sistemas, e, para isso, tecnologias da informação são essenciais. É nesse aspecto que se encontra a maior dificuldade das empresas brasileiras, na integração. Esse artigo tem como objetivo entender o conceito de Indústria 4.0, as ferramentas e o impacto no modelo de negócios de empresas de automação brasileiras. Através de revisão aprofundada da literatura, de entrevistas com empresas fornecedoras de serviços de manufatura avançada e opinião de especialistas, as informações coletadas foram cruzadas e organizadas conforme as nove dimensões do canvas de modelo de negócios, para entender os impactos causados em cada uma.
